Abstract
The major oxides and trace elements, of two wells spanning the Paleocene – Miocene of the Benin Basin, were used to infer the varying paleoredox conditions during deposition of the different rock units and identify the chemostratigraphic boundaries. The major oxides revealed four boundaries in these wells, while trace elements suggest five and three chemostratigraphic boundaries for BH and AJ wells respectively. The information from V/Sc, Ni/V and V/(V+Ni) ratios indicates the prevalence of oxic conditions in the sandy upper 25m of the BH well and the interval between 1046 – 1485m of the AJ well. The redox sensitive trace elements of the shaly middle parts of the BH well suggest dysoxic – anoxic conditions and in most parts of the AJ well.
Contribution/ Originality
This study is one of the very few studies which have investigated the variations in oxygenation levels in some Post-Cretaceous sediment of the Benin Basin, Nigeria. The study outlines how the distribution of redox sensitive elements was used to suggest paleoredox conditions and identify chemostratigraphic boundaries.

Abstract
Relational Capabilities (RC) appear are valuable capabilities not only for performance but also to generate profitability. In this vein, this study performed a meta-analytic investigation of RC dimensions influencing firm financial performance. It also examined the role of mediating and moderating effects of knowledge management and partners integration influencing this association. From a meta-analytic procedure, 54 empirical studies were examined through random-effects model of Pearson’s correlations as the effect size and a meta-analytical regression analysis (MARA) to examined moderation effects and meta-analytical structure equation modeling (MASEM) to examined mediation effects. Our findings confirm that firm financial performance is impacted directly and positively by RC itself excepting by the intrafirm relational capacity dimension. We also find that knowledge management and partner integration do not mediate positively the effect RC on firm financial performance. Further, RC dimensions effects on firm financial performance vary positively and negatively across partner integration and knowledge management moderation effects.
Contribution/ Originality
This study challenges RC into firms’ business ecosystem as one of their sources of growth to create several opportunities. Therefore, by indicating a potential evolution of this dynamic capability in a more financial favorable comprehension, this article contributes to society, economy in general and to the science of business management.

Abstract
Soil chemical properties plays a crucial role in crop yield. In this study, we evaluated the chemical properties of soils under three different cropping systems practiced for more than five years in Changunarayan municipality of Bhaktapur district of Nepal. The cropping systems includes- (i) cultivation inside polyhouse (Treatment A: polyhouse), (ii) paddy-wheat rotation (Treatment B: P-W), and (iii) paddy-wheat-vegetable rotation (Treatment C: P-W-V). Thirty-nine composite samples (13 replicates from each site) were taken from the area based on variation in landforms. Soil pH, organic matter (%), total nitrogen (%), available phosphorus (mgkg-1), and available potassium (mgkg-1) were evaluated for each sample. The study revealed that the soil pH was acidic and ranges between 4.71 and 5.39, organic matter (1.6-2.39%), total nitrogen (0.091-0.13%), phosphorus (4.48-29.24mg kg-1) and potassium (88.04-109.52 mg kg-1). A significant lower mean pH (4.71), and higher mean organic matter (2.39%), total nitrogen (0.13%) and available phosphorus (29.24 mgkg-1) were observed in cultivation under polyhouse. Incorporation of vegetable in paddy-wheat system gave significant (p<0.05) higher accumulation of soil phosphorus and consistently raised other nutrient status. Moreover, cultivation under polyhouse raised C:N ratio (10.55) significantly than other system. This finding can be relevant to wide range of readers that focus on soil chemical properties and can be used in developing future research strategy and sustainable soil management system in the area.
Contribution/ Originality
In this paper we analyzed the impact of different cropping system over soil quality.

Abstract
Trade credit (TR) plays an important role in financial structure and impacts on company performance. The issues related to TR have long been researched, with the first studies conducted by Nadiri (1969); Schwartz (1974); Lewellen, McConnell, and Scott (1980); Ferris (1981); Emery (1984). This study applies panel regression models, such as Pooled OLS, Fixed Effects, Random Effects, and FGLS, to evaluate the impact of TR on the performance of Food Production Companies in Vietnam. Company performance is measured by the Data Envelopment Analysis model (DEA). In addition, the Bayesian analysis method is used to test the robustness of the estimators from the models evaluating the effect of TR on company performance. Using annual data from the financial statements of 35 Vietnamese Food Production companies in the period 2008-2020, provided by Thomson Reuters, the results reveal a non-linear relationship between TR and company performance with an inverted U shape. Specifically, when TR, or accounts receivable on total assets, increases, company performance will also increase. However, when the increase in accounts receivable on total assets exceeds a certain limit, company performance will decrease. Based on the results, some policy implications are suggested to manage the accounts receivables effectively in Vietnamese Food Production Companies.
Contribution/ Originality
This study contributes to the existing literature by analyzing the nonlinear effects of TR on company performance. Further, this study uses the Bayesian inference method instead of the frequency inference method to assess influencing factors.

Abstract
This study aims to analyze investor reaction to management behavior in preparing financial reports, especially earnings quality and audit quality. We also analyze the effect of financial performance as moderation. Generally, investors react positively to a company's financial performance, but the amount of fraud surrounding financial information, including auditor cooperation, raises big questions for investors about a company's financial information. We analyzed companies within the manufacturing sector that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2019, and it was found that investors reacted positively to earnings quality and audit quality moderated by financial performance. These results provide evidence that management should focus on earnings quality in financial reports and on the audit process to ensure quality and exceptional financial performance to obtain positive reactions from investors, which has a positive impact on increasing the value of companies’ shares. This study used the stock prices on the publication date of the financial statements, which reflect the direct reactions of investors to the information contained in the financial statements, such as earnings quality, audit quality, and financial performance. The different investor reactions were apparent on the day of the deadline for submitting financial statements according to existing regulations. These results reflect that the use of stock prices on the publication dates more accurately describes the reaction of investors than on the deadline for submitting financial statements.
Contribution/ Originality
This study contributes to existing literature by investigating investor reaction to management behavior in preparing financial reports, especially earnings quality and audit quality.

Abstract
Bangladesh is one of the most vulnerable countries for climate change in agricultural water management. A research had been done to assess climate change effects on irrigation water use of wheat and maize in the northern part of Bangladesh. The twenty nine years of data (1990-2018) were analyzed with Mann-Kendall test as well as Sen’s slope for climate change impact and the responsible weather parameters due to climate change were identified with correlation coefficients. The crop water requirement of wheat in Bogura and Rangpur was declining at the rate of 3.3mm and 2.3mm per decade respectively. Net irrigation water requirement of wheat at both Bogura and Rangpur was inclining at the rate of 1mm and 10mm per decade respectively because the effective rainfall of these regions was decreasing at 5mm and 11mm per decade respectively. The crop water requirement of maize for similar districts was increasing at the rate of 3.2mm and 2.5mm per decade respectively although net irrigation water requirement had statistically non-significance for climate change effect. The weather parameter, which was mainly responsible for climatic change in irrigation water requirement, was increasing temperature. Therefore, wheat cultivation might be coped with climate change in the northern part of Bangladesh rather than maize on the basis of irrigation and water management.
Contribution/ Originality
The paper's primary contribution is finding that the northern region of Bangladesh might be meet up extra irrigation water demand for wheat and maize cultivation due to climate change.

Abstract
The link between the scripts of many ancient languages and technology is minimum and occasionally superficial. As a result, their study and analysis remain a challenge for the researchers. Such an example of ancient script is Linear A, which is still considered the very first European script. Nowadays, there has been three main languages or language families of origin suggested, spoken in the Bronze Age, in order to attempt the decipherment of Linear A texts: (a) a language of the Aegean Sea, (b) certain languages of the Western Anatolia family and c) an Akkadian dialect. Therefore, there is a strong possibility that Linear A may render occasionally more than one language. The present survey initiates the adaptation of an existing computational framework for the interpretation and learning of syllabic scripts, already tested in Linear B script, to facilitate the research regarding the underlying language(s) of Linear A. Linear B have many signs in common with Linear A and of a known phonetic value per sign. Therefore, it is most appropriate for facilitating the study and potential decipherment of Linear A. This paper presents an outline of the designed software application, along with the sources that are studied and used for the adaptation of the existing computational framework for Linear B.
Contribution/ Originality
This study is one of very few studies which have investigated the possibility of deciphering and simultaneously learning an ancient script of the Bronze Age, namely Linear A, by developing an interactive software application for this purpose that includes a multilingual database.

Abstract
This study tests for the validity of the twin-deficit hypothesis in Nigeria for the period 1981 – 2018 and further seeks to ascertain the role of macroeconomic fundamentals in driving this hypothesis using the non-linear autoregressive distributed lag (NARDL) model and structural vector autoregressive (SVAR) model. With evidence from granger causality test, the results obtained for the NARDL model support the validation of the twin-deficit hypothesis for the Nigerian economy. As long-run equilibrium exists, it was further established that the twin deficits were majorly driven by the degrees of financial and trade openness in Nigeria as no substantial shock effects of the twin deficits were traceable to any of the macroeconomic fundamentals. It is therefore recommended that policy makers in Nigeria should properly sequence the degree of economic openness to ensure the overall health of the economy.
Contribution/ Originality
The study employs the novel technique of non-linear autoregressive distributed lag (NARDL) to investigate the asymmetric relationship between fiscal and current account deficits. More so, the study distinguishes between budget deficit and fiscal deficit in estimations through the inclusion of borrowing, as a significant component of fiscal deficit in Nigeria.

Abstract
Blockchain technology was first introduced as Bitcoin’s underlying technology which is one type of distributed ledger that consists of replicated, shared, and synchronized data over the Internet. This study extends prior studies on blockchain. A fundamental framework for a blockchain research classification was proposed by analyzing 230 articles related to the study of blockchain published in Asia and around the world from 2016 to 2020. The study applies a comprehensive meta-analysis based on findings, literature sources, research objectives, research methods, and context. The objective of the study is to summarize the current blockchain research, its constraints, and future trends. Meta-analysis is characterized by the process of theory construction. It is a powerful tool to analyze the literature in a descriptive form which will guide for further study. Research shows that the study at home is more decentralized, non-systematic, and has failed to gain a certain research depth—Moreover, it lacks quantitative analysis. Future research will focus on digital currency, Internet financing, and the risk of blockchain technology research.
Contribution/ Originality
This study contributes to the existing literature by examining the previous studies in the period of 2016-20 which help us to comprehend the scope of study on blockchain.

Abstract
A literature on maritime education is at the corner side, comparing with large amount of works on business and management topics. However, the importance of forming and updating a maritime education system should not be neglected, leaving a research gap for academic discussion. This paper is a continuation of an introductory course design study in a maritime university (Wang, Zhang, Ge, & Chao, 2021). In the last paper, we deal with the content selection problem for general shipping education. The content of shipping education relies heavily on the practice. Evolved with the internal and external environment change of shipping industry, the structure of the course designed before cannot fully comply with the industrial requirements. This paper aims to rearrange the course structure by increasing the student and practitioner engagement, where the student preference and industrial requirements are both considered. The Entropy-TOPSIS model is applied to evaluate the contents of each module. It is shown that students and practitioners are very sensitive to the different modules; the common and divergent perspectives were identified. Finally, the proportion of each content was adjusted accordingly based on the results of the measurement. The main contribution is to provide a possible solution for the course reform of general shipping education.
Contribution/ Originality
This study is one of very few studies which have investigated the curriculum design of general shipping education. The primary contribution is providing a method for structural rearrangement with the engagement of students and practitioners, which enhance its reliability and applicability.

Abstract
A study was conducted to determine the effects of slope position and fertilizer type on soil properties and growth of maize (Zea mays) on Coastal Plain Sands of Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. Results obtained showed that soils of lower slope (LS) had the highest contents of clay and silt compared with those of upper slope (US) position. Bulk density of the upper slope soil and that of the middle slope (MS) soils were significantly higher (P?0.05) than that of LS soil and subsequently, total porosity and saturated hydraulic conductivity (Ksat) increased downslope. Bulk density of soils that received poultry manure (PM) and NPK+PM were significantly reduced compared to those of NPK and control while total porosity and Ksat of soils that received PM and NPK+PM were significantly higher (P?0.05) than those of NPK and control. Soils of LS had highest pH, organic carbon, total nitrogen, available phosphorus, ECEC compared to those of MS and US. The application of poultry manure yielded increase in soil pH, soil organic carbon, total nitrogen, available phosphorus and ECEC when compared to soils of NPK and control. Growth of maize obtained with LS were consistently higher than those of the MS and US soils. Soils of LS that received NPK and NPK+PM had consistently similar maize growth, higher than other combinations of slope position and fertilizer type. The complementary application of poultry manure and NPK 15:15:15 can be the best option for increasing the fertility of soils with varying slope positions on Coastal Plain Sands.
Contribution/ Originality
This is one of very few studies that have investigated the combined effect of slope position and fertilizer type on soil properties and crop growth and has demonstrated the possibility of soil improvement and crop growth in across varying slope positions through the complementary organic and inorganic fertilizers application.

Abstract
Medicinal herbs are commonly being used in the treatment of anemia traditionally and Jatropha tanjorensis Ellis & Saroja, Vernonia amygdalina Delile, Manihot esculenta Crantz, Megaskepasma erythrochlamys Lindau, Solanum macrocarpon L. are local shrubs mostly employed. This study aims to analyze the prospective use of some local shrubs in the therapy of Iron Deficiency Anemia. The proximate composition analysis and the iron content in leaves of the shrubs were determined following the methods of the association of official analytical chemists (A.O.A.C). The results obtained for iron concentration show Jatropha tanjorensis 3.11g/kg, Vernonia amygdalina 1.64g/kg, Manihot esculenta 0.57g/kg, Megaskepasma erythrochlamys 1.23g/kg, and Solanum macrocarpon 2.75g/kg. The range of proximate composition as; protein had Megaskepasma erythrochlamys as the lowest value 3.97% and Vernonia amygdalina as the highest value 50.64%, fat & oil content showed Jatropha tanjorensis with the highest value 1.04% and Megaskepasma erythrochlamys having the lowest value 29.77%, Fiber content showed Vernonia amygdalina has the highest value 1.81% and Solanum macrocarpon has the lowest 12.08%, the carbohydrate content showed Megaskepasma erythrochlamys as the lowest value 2.39% and Manihot esculenta as the highest value 21.02%, and the moisture content showed Manihot esculenta has the lowest value 9.98% and Megaskepasma erythrochlamys has the highest value 83.25%. All five plants have great potential for the treatment of iron deficiency anemia.
Contribution/ Originality
This study contributes to the existing literature of plants as remedy to Anemia by using spectrophotometer to reveal the amount of iron content and hence, the efficiency of the plants in combatting Iron Deficiency Anemia.

Abstract
The spatial orientation, ability is very important for the child, for the development of its executive functions such as inhibitory control and directional skills. In fact, the role of play as a locomotive for learning and motivation is very imperative in this age group. Our methodological choice consists of offering a teaching program around the orientation game (OG) that takes place in the school playground. The aim of this study was to examine the effect of OG on directional skills and inhibitory control. The assessment was respectively conducted by Topological and Directional Relation (RTD) and Stroop Color-Word Test -Victoria version (SCWT). Primary school students (N = 40; 7.3 years) participated in this study. They were divided into two groups: an experimental group (20 students) and a control group (20 students). The first group followed a 12-week orienteering game (OG) program with 3 sessions of 40 minutes per week and the second a regular physical education program. The results of the experimental group show a clear improvement in most of the study variables.
Contribution/ Originality
The paper's primary contribution is highlights the importance of play in the spatial and cognitive development of children, it comes in particular to measure the effect of orientation play on executive functions such as inhibitory control and directional skills.
