The primary data was collected by online questionnaire sent to 400 samples, obtained by a random sampling method that selected students from both public and private institutions. The structural equation model was applied for the analysis. The results showed that knowledge and skills in entrepreneurship, motivation, success, and determination all affect the entrepreneurial intention of students. The model is consistent with the empirical data, with statistical results as: ?2 = 537.54, df. = 289, ?2/df. = 1.860, p-value = .060, CMIN/DF = 1.860, GFI = .950, TLI = .990, AGFI= .996, CFI = .991, RMSEA = .042, at the level of .05 statistical significance. }, DOI = {10.18488/journal.73.2020.83.342.353} }
